The Village at North Elm is a 23 acre “main street” village developed by Koury Corporation. It is integrated into Koury’s existing 100,000 ft. North Elm Village shopping center anchored by Harris Teeter, located at the intersection of Elm Street and Pisgah Church Road in Greensboro. The Village will add an additional 72,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space, 48,000 square feet of second floor office space and 190 residential units, some of which are located above the shops. The first 32 luxury apartments are slated for occupancy in late summer 2006.

The Village at North Elm is the first project of its kind in the Triad offering the opportunity to live, work, shop and dine in one planned, walkable community with all of today’s conveniences and amenities. The architecture is traditional in style. The pedestrian-friendly environment includes street-front parking and oversized sidewalks surrounded by lush landscaping, wireless common areas, music, fountains, streetlamps and benches for a relaxing, intimate setting.
